Decision 3D is a training and consulting firm. All of our services are centered around improving the communication and information sharing capabilities of your organization. Our services include:

• REWIRE Your Organization – Our introductory workshop (~1/2 Day)
• Social Strategy Summit – Decision 3D meets with Sr. Management members to develop a strategy for improving your organization’s communication and information sharing capabilities. (1 or 2 days)
• Social Scan – An environmental assessment of your organization’s culture and infrastructure with regard to communication and information sharing capabilities. (1 to 4 weeks depending on org size)
• D3D Workshop – A design workshop that includes key stakeholders. The team will deliver a high-level project plan for implementing changes to your communications and information sharing capability. (1 or 2 days)
• Implementation Support – Decision 3D will play an advisory role to the project team implementing the recommendations issuing from the D3D Workshop.
