The Workshop

REWIRE The Organization℠ is an interactive workshop designed for 10 to 40 participants. It is designed to give your organization a jump-start on changing the way you communicate. We will examine how you can make trust, transparency, and authenticity part of your culture.  We will discuss how state-of-the-art social technology can enhance your communication and information sharing capabilities. We will do all this through the lens of six core activities:

  • Recruiting
  • Education
  • Workforce Management
  • Innovation
  • Risk Management
  • Engagement

We will discuss how these activities are impacted by communication processes. We will investigate the role that both culture and infrastructure play in effecting change.

The Deal

This is  a two-hour workshop, delivered by Decision 3D, at your site. If your organization is:

  • between 50 and 1000 employees in size
  • looking for ways to dramatically improve your internal communication capabilities
  • willing to go “outside the box”

you are probably a good fit for this workshop.

For a limited period, the standard fee for this workshop is being waived (though there are a few strings* attached).

*The Strings

  • If your location requires air travel and/or an overnight stay by Decision 3D staff, we ask that you cover related travel expenses.
  • We ask that you provide an appropriate venue for the workshop.
  • We ask that you ensure at least a negotiated number of participants will attend the workshop.
  • We ask that you provide contact information for appropriate company personnel with respect to possible future engagements with Decision 3D.

If the workshop is held and these conditions are not met, the standard workshop fee will be assessed.
