The Company
Decision 3D was formed in January 2009 by Lee White. From the beginning, Lee had a vision. He saw that the way organizations operated could be improved. He saw that communication was the key to that improvement. Decision 3D exists to help organizations work better by improving communication processes.
Our Approach
Decision 3D understands that effective communication processes are built on trusted relationships. Establishing an environment that engenders trust is our first priority. We start by addressing the attitudes, behaviors and culture surrounding information sharing. Secondly we look at tools and tactics that support the information infrastructure. Only by understanding the issues of culture and infrastructure, and aligning both with organizational objectives, can your communication processes be truly effective.
Lee White – Founder and Managing Member
Lee has over 20 years experience working in organizations large and small. Throughout that time he has always been a keen observer of how companies operated, watching the interaction between disparate functional areas, analyzing the connecting processes, and designing the mechanisms that move information through the organization. All of that experience comes together in the formation of Decision 3D. Lee uses his diverse experience to bridge the divide between the cultural/behavioral aspects of organizations and the technical/systems side of the organization. This leads to an overall improvement in communication and information flow.
